Caste Census: बिहार (Bihar) में ओबीसी की आबादी (OBC Population) 63 फीसदी है. लेकिन जाहिर किसी एक राज्य के लिए ये संख्या काफी ज्यादा है. लेकिन क्या आपको मालूम है कि बिहार के बाद एक ऐसा राज्य है जहां की ओबीसी की आबादी 50 फीसदी से ज्यादा है. इस बात का खुलासा एक रिपोर्ट के जरिए हुआ था. हुकुम सिंह कमेटी (Hukum Singh Committee) की रिपोर्ट के जरिए ये आंकड़े सामने आए थे.
