How to make perfect restaurant style Qeema karelay recipe by dine at Home Beef minced bitter melon Ingredients Bitter melon : 1/2 kg Beef minced : 250 g Oil : 3 tbs + for frying Tomatoes : 3-4 medium size Onion : 1 medium size thinly sliced Water : 1/2 cup Pink salt : as to taste Cumin powder : 1/2 tbs Coriander powder : 1 tbs Red chilli powder : 1/2 tbs or as to taste Green chilli : 1 large size Fresh coriander : as to required Directions: Peel bitter gourd with the help of the peeler then deseed and cut into small pieces. In a bowl with strainer add bitter gourd,salt and mix well,cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours then wash thoroughly 2-3 times and squeeze properly to remove excess water. In wok,heat cooking oil and fry bitter gourd until golden brown & take out & set aside for later use. Add cooking oil,onion and fry until brown . Add ginger garlic paste sauté for few seconds add beef minced and cook until changes colour. Add pink salt ,cumin powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well add tomatoes and mix well,cover and cook on high flame until tomatoes tender. Now add fried bitter gourd and mix add water mix well,cover and cook on low flame until water dries then add green chillies and cook on high flame until oil separates sprinkle fresh coriander mix well & dish out ,Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with green chutni and chapati .
