Easy cheese rolled omelette
Ingredients;
Eggs : 2 (must be room temperature)
Salt : 1/4 tsp(or as to taste)
Crushed Black pepper : 1/4 tsp
Cream or milk : 1tbs
Fresh coriander leaves : 1 tbs
Cheddar cheese slice : 1
Shredded Cheddar cheese as required or 2tbs
Directions;
Add eggs in bowl add salt,black pepper and coriander leaves whisk eggs until blend well.
In a frying skillet, over medium-low heat, slightly buttered pan,add about half cup of egg mixture to pan cook until eggs become slightly dry on top add cheese using spechula or turner , being to roll eggs towards Center , stop rolling about half way. Add about 1/2 of egg mixture to flat edge of cooked eggs.
Add shredded cheese cook & continue to roll eggs until you reached the end of egg-roll, turn off flame cover and let it rest for 1-2 minutes,carefully remove from pan & serve.
