The sanitary crisis has disturbed the entire work market but to get back on their feet, businesses and employees need to get out of their comfort zone and gain new skills.
The platform Degreed published a study showing what work skills will be more requested in 2021.
The study suggests that there is a high request in technological, IT and programming skills.
In second position comes human skills like leadership and team management.
The study then puts communication and negotiation skills in third position.
According to the study, tech employees are the most demanding when it comes to gain new skills.
Indeed, 77% of them says that the pandemic speeded up their need in training.
While 57% tells that they could quit if their employer doesn’t allow them to get proper training.
