Google and Facebook have reportedly teamed up,... against a possible anti-trust action.
That's according to a Wall Street Journal report on Tuesday,... which cited a draft lawsuit filed by 10 states against Google last week.
It says, the two American tech giants have agreed to help each other,... if they ever face an investigation over monopoly issues.
That was part of their 2018 deal,... in which Facebook agreed not to compete with Google's online advertising tools,... in exchange for special treatment, like allowing access to data.
Both companies denied the allegations, saying there was nothing improper or exclusive about the deal.
