North Korea is still claiming it has seen zero cases of COVID-19 within its borders. According to the World Health Organization on Monday, over 19-thosuand people in the North have been tested as of early December. But the North claims they all came back negative. It reported that more than 33-thousand North Koreans have been released from self-quarantine as of December 3rd. The WHO added it's looking to store virus aid packages set aside for the North in the UAE or China because of Pyeongyang's pandemic-linked border restrictions.
