South Korea on Saturday reported just eight new cases of COVID-19 the first time in two months that the figure's been in the single digits.
This brings the total of confirmed cases to 10-thousand 6-hundred 61.
It was just the day before that the daily increase fell below 20.
With two additional deaths, the death toll stands at 234.
Over 8-thousand people have fully recovered and been sent home.
