In Jammu and Kashmir, Budhanar voted in the seventh phase of the District Development Council, or DDC. During the bitter winter, people exercised their franchise. During this time a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the people, a long line of people was seen at the polling stations.

जम्मू कश्मीर में बुधनार को जिला विकास परिषद यानी डीडीसी के सातवें चरण के मतदान हुआ. कड़ाके की सर्दी के बीच लोगों ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया. इस दौरान लोगों में काफी उत्साह देखने को मिला, मतदान केद्रों पर लोगों की लंबी लाइन देखी गई.
