Namibia appoints vaccine task team

Namibia has appointed a team to facilitate the importing of a COVID-19 vaccine. The country says it wants 20 percent of its population vaccinated. Namibia has recorded more than 16,000 COVID-19 cases, with more than 160 deaths. Health Minister Kalumbi Shangula has more. Courtesy #DStv403
