바이든, '백신 불신' 적극대응 천명…"취임까지 손놓을수 없어"

U.S. President-elect Joe Biden said that the U.S. needs immediate presidential leadership, hinting at efforts to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak even before he takes office.
The Washington Post reported that Biden is seeking ways to come up with a creative, transparent and effective way to communicate with the public to curb the spread of the virus.
This coincides with plans by Washington's department of health to inject 250 million U.S. dollars to encourage citizens to receive COVID-19 vaccines over the next two years, and the U.S. Ad council also vowed to launch a 50 million dollar communications campaign before the end of the year.
