Typhoon “Rolly” (international name “Goni”) continues to rapidly intensify and is nearing Super Typhoon category, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 11 p.m, Oct. 30, weather bulletin.
