Parts of Central Europe have s3-et new daily records for COVID-19 this week. This comes as countries are currently suffering severely with the resurgence of the virus. According to Slovakia's Health Ministry data, the country recorded 1-thousand 9-hundred and twenty-nine new daily cases on Wednesday. This is the biggest daily number recorded since the start of the outbreak. Croatia also set its daily record with 7-hundred-nintey-three new cases recorded on Thursday. Meanwhile, Slovenia reported record numbers on the same day with 7-hundred-forty-five daily infections. Other neighboring countries including Austria and Switzerland have hit record-highs on daily COVID-19 cases.
