South Korea's top nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon says the U.S. and South Korea will discuss how they could work together on North Korea's recent killing of a South Korean official.
He made the remarks upon his arrival in Washington on Sunday ahead of his talks with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun.
When asked whether he will discuss President Moon's end of war declaration,... Lee said the subject will be one of many issues they'll cover.
Regarding an 'October surprise' ahead of the U.S. presidential election as it relates to North Korea, Lee said he won't make any hasty predictions.
