#Komal Ingredients 250gm curd 200ml coconut milk 1 chilly 7 to 8 mint leaves 1 tsp pink salt 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp cumin pinch of asafoetida curry leaves mint and chilly to garnish
- split chilly and chop mint leaves - curd in bowl and whisk until a smooth consistency - add coconut milk and mix - add chilly and mint - in a hot pan add oil, cumin, asafoetida, and curry leaves - add the mixture in curd and coconut - let it infuse for 1 hour and strain - chill for 30 minutes and serve
