Court dismisses bail application by mother charged with murdering newborn

The Penang High Court has dismissed an application to be allowed bail by M. Santhea who has been charged with murdering her newborn daughter.
Santhea was charged with killing her newborn daughter at 8.25am on July 10 at the Sri Ivory Apartment in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam, Penang.
