The Royal Malaysia Customs Department have arrested a 24-year-old boutique supervisor who was carrying a parcel containing four bags of drugs believed to be ganja at a popular shopping mall in George Town, Penang.
The suspect allegedly received the drugs that were packed in Lego boxes by courier from the United States.
