A former U.S. diplomat believes there should be no dispute over how much Seoul should pay for American troops stationed in South Korea.

The Trump administration is continuing to demand Seoul pay much more.
Sherman added that having U.S. troops in South Korea is in America's national interest,... and rebuilding relations with South Korea and Japan is critical to tackle the North Korean nuclear issue.
