South Korea reported 28 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
Of the new cases, 23 were local transmissions.
Five were imported, ...of which four were detected at quarantine checkpoints.
Nine cases were reported in Seoul, another nine in Gyeonggi-do Province ...and four in the central city of Daejeon.
Total cases now stand at twelve-thousand-five-hundred-63.
There was one new death, ...raising the death toll to two-hundred-82.
Nearly 19-thousand people are currently being tested.
