S. Korean households begin applying for emergency disaster relief funds on Monday

South Korean households began applying for emergency disaster relief today.
Online applications for credit or debit card points began at 7AM today,... through websites or mobile apps of respective credit cards.
Under the five-day rotation system... those born in years ending with 1 or 6 could apply today,... and those in years ending with 2 or 7 can apply tomorrow.
The payment will be given in the form of card points two days after application.
There are limits on where it can be spent on: you cannot spend it outside the district of your residency, can't be spent at department stores, large retailers, or entertainment venues like bars and clubs.
Offline applications will begin at community centers or banks affiliated with credit card companies starting next Monday.
