미세먼지 감시하는 천리안위성 2B호, 첫 영상 공개

For the very first time, South Korea has released photos taken by its homegrown geostationary communication and weather satellite, the Chollian-2B.
The Chollian-2B, which was launched into orbit earlier this year... can monitor the movement of fine dust and other air pollutants over northeast Asia.
The images were taken during performance testing in March and April.
After its adjustment period ends this October... it's expected to send more information on the environment to the National Meteorological Satellite Center.
