Eggless Omelette

Serving - 1

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour - 130 grams
All purpose flour - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Water 550 milliliters
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Oil
Tomato - to taste
Onions - to taste
Coriander - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 grams gram flour, 70 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 550 milliliters water and whisk it well.
2. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well to make a thick batter.
3. Spread some oil on a pan.
4. Pour in the bottom ladleful of batter and cook it for a minute.
5. Sprinkle some tomato, onions and coriander on top it.
6. Cook for another 30 seconds.
7. Serve.
