PREPARATION 1. In mixing bowl, add 315 grams mashed puree, 160 milliliters oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 75 grams cocoa powder, 210 grams brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 300 grams all purpose flour, 220 milliliters warm milk and whisk it well. 2. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly. 3. Top with chocolate chips. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. 5. Cut it into slices. 6. Serve and enjoy!
