Kim Jong-un sends "verbal message" to Xi Jinping for China's success on its handling of COVID-19

And some news just coming into us from North Korea this morning.
We learned moments ago that the regime's leader Kim Jong-un has sent a "verbal message" to Chinese President Xi Jinping on China's success dealing with COVID-19.
The North's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported this morning that Kim congratulated Xi, and "highly appreciated him for seizing the victory in a war against an unprecedented epidemic."
However, no details on when or how that message was delivered.
It's the first such message from Kim since his public appearance late last week,... after weeks-long absence.
