France, China sign mega trade deals as Xi Jinping meets Macron

Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron have signed 15 business contracts worth
billions of euros in Paris, including a multi-plane order with Airbus and a more than one-billion U.S. dollar contract for EDF to build an offshore wind farm in China.
China ordered 300 Airbus planes on Monday worth about 34 billion dollars.
They also signed a billion dollar contract to cooperate on energy savings in developing countries.
The two sides also agreed to lift an embargo of French poultry exports.
