মৌরি ১ টেবিল চামচ
জিরা ১ টেবিল চামচ
জয়ত্রী ২ টা
সাদা + কালো গোলমরিচ ২ চা চামচ
দারুচিনি ৪ - ৫ টা
তেল ১ কাপ
পেঁয়াজ ১ কাপ
রসুন ১ চা-চামচ
শুকনো মরিচ ৩-৪ টা
তেজপাতা ২ টি
মেথি ১ চা-চামচ
সরিষা ১ চা চামচ

জিরা বাটা ১ চা-চামচ
আদা বাটা ১ চা-চামচ
রসুনবাটা ১ চা-চামচ
লবণ স্বাদমতো
হলুদ ১ চা চামচ
মরিচ গুঁড়া ১ চা-চামচ
হালিম মসলা ২ টেবিল চামচ
পানি পরিমাণমতো
কাঁচা মরিচ ৪-৫ টা
ধনেপাতা ১ টেবিল-চামচ
আদা কুচি ১ চা-চামচ
খিরাই কুচি ১ টেবিল চামচ
লেবু একটা

For Halim Mix:
Masakalai 1/4 cup
Mug dal 1/4 cup
1/4 cup of gram pulses
Polao rice 1/4 cup
1/4 cup of wheat
Red lentil 1/4 cup
1 tablespoon of fenugreek
8-10 cloves
1 Nutmeg fruit
8-10 cardamoms
1 tablespoon coriander
8-10 dried chillies
1 tablespoon of anise
1 tablespoon of cumin
Nutmeg 2 pcs.
2 teaspoons of white + black pepper
Cinnamon 4 - 5 pcs.

For Dish:
1 cup of oil
1 cup of onion
1 teaspoon of garlic
3-4 dried peppers
2 bay leaves
Fenugreek 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of mustard
250 grams of beef
Onion Beresta
Cumin paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
