Europe death toll surpasses 100k; new cases slow down in Italy and Spain

The coronavirus death toll in Europe is now more than a hundred thousand.
That's according to data compiled by the website Worldometer, which says that in Europe, the country with the most deaths is Italy at a little over 23-thousand.
But the numbers show the daily number of new cases in Italy and Spain, has fallen to around 3-and-a-half thousand.
Outside of Europe, Japan now has more cases than South Korea.
On Saturday, it announced 500 new cases, bringing the total to just over 11-thousand.
The U.S. reported around 30-thousand new cases.
Some states are saying they're now past the peak and are looking at easing some of the their restrictions.
