Constitution Day: Opposition Boycotts Joint Session Of Parliament

India celebrates the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution. On November 1949, India adopted and enacted its Constitution. An special parliament session was called on this occasion today. But, the opposition boycotted it citing the current political situation in Maharashtra.
