Eligible South Korean voters in self-quarantine for the coronavirus will be able to vote tomorrow just as long as they managed to register in time via text messaging.
The registration came to a close a little over an hour ago and 6PM, Korea time.
There are more than 56-thousand eligible voters in quarantine.
A special procedure awaits them on election day.
Quarantine will be temporarily lifted from 5:20 PM to 7 PM during which the health ministry encourages them to head straight to polling stations on foot or in their own automobiles.
If they drop by somewhere else, deviate, or take longer than necessary, they will be reported to the police.
Most will be accompanied by government officials, but for those who aren't, they'll be tracked through the mobile app.
