N. Korea maintains it has "zero" confirmed cases of COVID-19

North Korea continues to claim it has "zero" confirmed coronavirus cases.
This is according to a World Health Organization representative to North Korea on Tuesday.
The official told Reuters that the North has tested 709 people as of April 2nd which included eleven foreigners.
He added North Korea continues to test for COVID-19 and has more than five hundred people under quarantine,... BUT no infections so far.
Other than North Korea,... Lesotho, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Yemen also claim to have no cases.
