On which the hearing was held at one o'clock this afternoon. The Supreme Court has also rejected the demand to ban the hanging of Akshay. In such a situation, the way of his hanging has also been cleared.

निर्भया के गुनहगार फांसी से बचने के लिए हर दांवपेंच अपना रहे हैं. हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने दोषियों के वकील का एक भी पैंतरा काम नहीं आ रहा है. इसी कड़ी में अब फांसी की सजा पाए चार दोषियों में शामिल अक्षय को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से झटका लगा है. दोषी अक्षय ने बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में क्यूरेटिव पिटीशन दाखिल की थी. जिसपर आज दोपहर एक बजे सुनवाई हुई. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अक्षय की फांसी पर रोक लगाने की मांग भी ठुकरा दी है। ऐसे में अब उसकी फांसी का रास्ता भी साफ हो गया है.
