Nirbhaya Case के Convict Akshay की फांसी पर Supreme Court सुनाएगा फैसला | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court will resume hearing a review plea filed by Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the four men convicted in the 2012 Nirbhaya case, on Wednesday. The hearing on Singh’s review plea was delayed by a day on Tuesday after Chief Justice of India SA Bobde recused himself from hearing the review plea. Akshay Kumar Singh’s review plea will be heard by a new three-judge SC bench today.
