Locals save goats from flooding and landslides in West Sumatra, Indonesia

Locals on Saturday (January 18th) managed to save goats trapped by flooding and landslides in the Tanah Datar district of West Sumatra, Indonesia.

The owners of the animals were forced to cross floodwaters on foot to reach their village and the stranded animals.

According to local media, the flooding began on Friday (January 17th) morning triggering landslides which badly damaged 12 buildings, including eight homes.
