00:00 It's possible that it was a few months before the flood hit some areas in Northern Luzon.

00:05 The flood didn't reach Baguio-Egay yet.

00:08 Then, the Goring, Hana, and Habagat floods came.

00:15 The flood usually reaches Hagonay, Bulacan when it's high tide.

00:21 But it was even higher when it reached the residents earlier.

00:24 It was deeper when it was high tide.

00:26 Until now, we can't find a decent place to live.

00:34 The floods also hit coastal areas of Ubando, Paumbong, and Calumpit.

00:38 Bulacan PDRRMO clarified that it wasn't a direct effect of the rain,

00:42 but the high tide earlier this morning.

00:45 The flood also didn't affect the water supply of Ipo Dam earlier this afternoon.

00:51 The Bustos Dam also lost water.

00:54 The high tide in Dagupan City was also felt.

00:56 Some students were able to remove their shoes from the flood.

01:00 According to some residents in Ilocos Sur,

01:03 the flood didn't reach Baguio-Egay yet.

01:05 Then, the Goring, Hana, and Habagat floods came.

01:07 Some families fled.

01:13 DK and three waiting sheds in Barangay Gabo Norte and Lawagi Ilocos Norte were given.

01:24 A bridge in Solana, Cagayan was also damaged.

01:42 Because of the high tide and strong winds in Batangas City,

01:46 a landing craft with heavy equipment such as dump truck,

01:51 backhoe and cement mixer was used.

01:53 Ten crew members were saved and no one was affected by the flood

01:58 according to the Coast Guard of Batangas.
