For Filling-
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Dried Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Paanch Phoron (Fenugreek seeds, Fennel seeds, Cumin seeds, Onion seeds, Mustard seeds)
- 300 gms Potatoes (Boiled)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/8 Cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

Ingredients For Patti/ Outer Covering:
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Ghee
- Salt
- 1/3 cup Water
