Creamy Bread Rolls:
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 30 gm
Almonds 25 gm
Cashews 25 gm
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk 500 ml
Milk powder 100 gm
Warm milk 50 ml
Saffron 10 - 12 threads
Bread slices as required
Pistachios for garnishing

Method:
Boil the milk. Add sugar, almonds and cashews. Let the milk thicken on a low heat. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in another pan; add milk, milk powder and mix. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Remove it from heat and keep aside. In a bowl, add warm milk, saffron threads and mix. Take a bread slice and cut it sides. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. Place the prepared whole dried milk on it. Roll it tightly. Pour the prepared milk and saffron milk over it. Garnish with pistachios.


Shahi Tukra Gajar Halwa:
Ingredients:
Milk 1.5 liters
Saffron ¼ tsp
Sugar 20 gm
Pistachios 1 tbsp
Almonds 1 tbsp
Sugar 200 gm
Water 150 ml
Saffron ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Bread slices as required
Clarified butter for frying
Clarified butter 50 gm
Grated carrots 780 gm
Sugar 70 gm
Condensed milk 200 gm
Whole dried milk 150 gm
Almonds 1 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Pistachios 1 tbsp for garnishing


Method:
Heat milk in a pan and add saffron, 20gm sugar and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat until milk is reduced by half its quantity. Now, add pistachios, almonds and mix well. Remove it from heat and allow cooling. Take a pan, add 200 grams sugar, 150 milliliters water and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add 1/4 teaspoon saffron, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well. Bring it to a boil. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
Heat some clarified butter in a pan and shallow fry the triangle bread slices until golden. Dip the fried bread slices in prepared sugar syrup and soak for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides. Heat 50 grams clarified butter, add grated carrots and cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat. Then, add 70 grams sugar, condensed milk and whole dried milk and mix, add almonds, raisins and mix. Fill the glass with gajar halwa and top with rabri. Garnish with pistachios and fried bread slices.
