NAMAK MANDI GOSHT
Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Tomatoes 4
Chopped ginger 4 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil then add meat, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Let it cook till done. Add very less water. Add ginger and green chilies and tomatoes, let cook, add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 cup oil and cook. Sprinkle coriander and simmer with lid on for 10 minutes.



LAB E SHIREEN
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Cream 2 cups
Sugar 200gm
Rose syrup 4 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Cold milk 3 tbsp
Banana jelly (cubed) 1 packet
Strawberry jelly (cubed) 1 packet
Almonds (chopped) 8-10
Pistachios (chopped) 8-10
Fruit cocktail (drained) 1 small tin
Raisins (soaked) 8-10
Colored vermicelli handful (boiled)
Method:
Cook milk and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add corn flour mixed with little cold milk and cook until thick like custard. Cool and then add cream. Then add rose syrup, fruit cocktail, boiled vermicelli, half dry fruits and half jelly chunks, mix them well and pour in serving bowl. Decorate with remaining dry fruits and jelly chunks, serve chilled.
