Seoul's nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon heading to Moscow for N. Korea denuclearization talks

South Korea's top nuclear envoy travels to Moscow this afternoon to discuss North Korea's denuclearization with his Russian counterpart.
Seoul's Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon is scheduled to sit down with Igor Morgulov, Russian deputy foreign minister.
Lee will also attend the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, which kicks off Thursday.
While he's there, the South Korean envoy is likely to meet North Korean diplomat Jo Chol-su and U.S. special envoy Mark Lambert.
Diplomats from China and Japan are also due to attend the conference.
