Ingredients: - 1 cup Ghee - 1 1/2 cup Gram Flour - 4 tbsp Semolina - 1 tsp Cardamom Powder - 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Method: 1. Heat ghee in a pan, and add gram flour to it 2. Keep mixing it while its heating and then add semolina to it 3. Roast semolina well, for around 15-20 minutes 4. Remove the mix in a bowl and let it cool down for atleast 5-6 minutes 5. Now, add cardamom powder, powdered sugar to the bowl and mix it 6. 6. Once mixed, take the mixture out in a greased tray and flatten it from the top 7. Garnish it with some almond & pistachios, and cut it into square pieces 8. Before taking it out, keep it aside for atleast 2 hours, and then, take it out
