The two Koreas and the UN Command have come together to repair a typhoon-hit building situated in the truce village of Panmunjeom... an unprecedented move since signing the armistice agreement in 1953.
The UNC said the three parties mainly worked on repairing the roof of a conference room building for three days since September 12.
During the repair work, some North Korean workers reportedly crossed the MDL located inside the Joint Security Area... after receiving prior approval from the UNC.
