UNC findings show both Koreas had violated Armistice Agreement

The UN Command said the two Koreas both violated the Armistice Agreement when they exchanged gunfire at the Demilitarized Zone on May 3rd.
Even after a multinational team investigation, the UNC was unable to determine if the rounds fired by the North were intentional or by mistake... unlike the South Korean military... which sees it as a misfire.
It added... South Korea was also in violation by responding.
Seoul's defense ministry has expressed regret to the UNC's findings... and reiterated that its military had followed protocol.
The ministry said it'll continue to work on alleviating military tensions along the DMZ and carry out the inter-Korean Comprehensive Military Agreement.
