Good morning. Starting with the updates on Typhoon Francisco. Francisco made landfall on the southeast coast of Japan's Kyushu island early this morning. It's forecast to pass over the south of the Korean peninsula and turn to the northeast arriving in Busan late tonight before dissipating over the east coast tomorrow.

A typhoon advisory has been issued for parts of the east and south sea. The Jeju Strait is under a high seas watch.

The weather agency is likely to expand typhoon-related advisories in the east and south of the country so keep a close eye on the path of typhoon Francisco.

There'll be heavy rain along the east coast tomorrow, but it'll be drier further west.

Intense heat continues to sizzle much of the country with heat wave warnings in place in central western regions.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
