Korean manufacturing firms investing more overseas than in Korea

Overseas investment by Korean manufacturing firms is now more than double the figure for domestic spending.
The Korea Economic Research Institute claims this has wiped out as many as 417-thousand potential jobs in Korea.
Overseas investment by the companies increased by 13-point-6 percent over a ten-year period from 2009.
Facility investment in Korea during the same period was just over five percent.
