President Moon Jae-in on Tuesday said that South Korea and India will become reliable partners with infinite potential.
Speaking to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the phone, President Moon congratulated Modi for winning a second term in office, and reaffirming the nation's democracy.
The Indian PM pressed that President Moon's leadership had worked to improve their bilateral ties to become a special strategic partnership,... to which Moon responded that a hopeful and properous future is in store for both countries.
The top office says it was their first phone conversation since PM Modi renewed his term in office.
