London protests held over lack of funding for special needs children

Children and their families protested at Parliament Square in London to demand action to address crisis in education for young people with special educational needs in the UK.

The footage was taken Thursday (May 30) of the Send National Crisis campaigner group who say special needs funding is failing to keep up with demand.

Prior to the rally campaigners delivered a 13,000-signature petition to Downing Street, according to local news reports.
