Kent headteachers slam education ministers due to lack of funding

"If we don't do something soon, we will have a third-world education."

That's the stark message from the Chair of the Kent Association of Headteachers as he calls on the Department for Education to act.

He's one of 7,000 headteachers across the country to have sent a letter home to parents explaining their funding struggles.
