Analyst: Lack of U.S. Funding Threatens China Deterrence

The Biden administration is asking Congress for more than US$100 billion in emergency funding. US$2 billion of that is meant for the Indo-Pacific region. Alex Velez-Green from the Heritage Foundation says that's not nearly enough.
