Lack of funding for northern NSW flood victims adding to community trauma

Residents in the Ballina, Byron and Tweed council areas in the north of NSW will miss out on an additional $2000 payment following the devastating floods. The decision has prompted north-coast based Liberal MP Catherine Cusack to resign from state parliament, calling the decision unethical.
