Nationwide rain has cooled down the recent heat wave but we should brace for flashes of lightning and gusty winds for the rest of the evening.

Rain in Seoul has tapered off, so there shouldn't be any major inconveniences during commuting hours.
But the situation is a little different in the southern regions,... as the area has been soaked with a huge amount of rain.
More precipitation is left to fall through the night especially in the far south,... bringing up to 40 millimeters.
Along with continuing rain, strong winds will continue to hit the peninsula in all three of the coastal regions.
Due to strong winds, there may be cancellations or changes in flight schedules so check your flight information ahead of time.
The sun will come out tomorrow with just partly cloudy skies.
Good news is,... the temperatures will be cool and enjoyable.
Even for Beijing and Tokyo,... the weather will stay cooler than recent days.

The nation will be waking up to a cooler morning tomorrow.
Seoul and Gwangju kicking off at 13 degrees Celsius, and a few notches warmer in the south.

There'll be about a 10-degree jump during the day, but it will still be considered cool,... with Seoul topping out to 25 degrees, Busan 23 and Jeju 22.
Sunny conditions are all I see for now,... but temperatures won't rise up to the point where it's sweltering.
