Health officials in S. Korea urge caution against ticks as weather warms up

As the weather warms up, local health officials are warning the public to keep an eye out for ticks after several tick-borne illnesses were reported earlier this month.
Advisories have been issued in Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang…and Jeolla provinces.
Visitors to Seoul's Hangang Park are also advised to wear long-sleeved shirts and pants and avoid lying down on grassy areas.
