Ban Ki-moon says cooperation with China is important to tackle fine dust

Former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, who is heading Korea's new national organization to fight fine dust, says it's important to work with China to solve the pollution problem.
At a seminar Tuesday, Ban Ki-moon said he will form an advisory panel composed of around 500 experts under the new organization and work with countries in Northeast Asian to do scientific research and find ways to reduce fine dust.
The Minister of Environment, Cho Myung-Rae, added that companies should also join in to develop new technologies to help.
